Patients with Medicaid may be eligible to receive case management services from a Qualified Mental Health Professional (Case Manager).

A Case Manager provides one on one service with a patient in order to help them meet their treatment goals. These services include helping patients obtain community resources, acquire social skills and learn about their medication.  By communicating with our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Licensed Professional Counselors, our Case Managers also ensure that patients receive the best possible coordination of care.

Most importantly, our Case Managers help their patients develop coping skills to successfully manage their mental illness and lead a fulfilling life.
